1. ملكية البرنامج
تطبيق “قطرات قرآنية” هو منتج برمجي تجاري محمي بالكامل بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر الدولية والمحلية. جميع الحقوق والملكية والمصلحة في التطبيق، بما في ذلك:
- التعليمات البرمجية المصدرية
- التصميم والواجهة
- الرسومات والأيقونات
- المحتوى النصي
- وثائق المستخدم
هي ملك حصري لشركة مصادر ميديا ذ.م.م.
2. العلامات التجارية
“قطرات قرآنية” و”Quranic Reminders” وجميع الشعارات والرموز والتصاميم ذات الصلة هي علامات تجارية أو علامات خدمة مملوكة لشركة مصادر ميديا ذ.م.م.
3. المحتوى القرآني
- النص القرآني المعروض في التطبيق مستمد من مصادر موثوقة ومتاحة للجمهور
- الخطوط القرآنية المستخدمة (أميري قرآن) هي خطوط مفتوحة المصدر مرخصة بموجب ترخيص SIL Open Font License
- التطبيق نفسه (البرمجيات) محمي بالكامل بموجب حقوق النشر
4. الحماية القانونية
يُحظر بشدة:
- نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو توزيع التطبيق بأي شكل من الأشكال
- إنشاء أعمال مشتقة تعتمد على التطبيق
- فك تشفير أو فك تجميع أو إجراء هندسة عكسية للتطبيق
- إزالة أو تغيير إشعارات حقوق النشر أو العلامات التجارية
- استخدام أي جزء من التطبيق في منتجات أخرى دون إذن كتابي صريح
5. الانتهاكات
أي انتهاك لحقوق النشر هذه قد يؤدي إلى:
- إجراءات قانونية مدنية
- مطالبات بالتعويض عن الأضرار
- إجراءات جنائية حيثما ينطبق القانون
- أوامر قضائية لوقف الاستخدام غير المصرح به

- Design and interface

- User documentation
are the exclusive property of Masadir Media Co WLL.
2. Trademarks
“Quranic Reminders,” “قطرات قرآنية,” and all related logos, symbols, and designs are trademarks or service marks owned by Masadir Media Co WLL.
3. Quranic Content
- The Quranic text displayed in the Application is derived from authentic and publicly available sources
- The Quranic fonts used (Amiri Quran) are open-source fonts licensed under the SIL Open Font License
- The Application itself (software) is fully protected by copyright
4. Legal Protection
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Application in any form
- Create derivative works based on the Application
- Decrypt, decompile, or reverse engineer the Application
- Remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks
- Use any part of the Application in other products without explicit written permission
5. Violations
Any violation of these copyrights may result in:
- Civil legal action
- Claims for damages
- Criminal proceedings where applicable by law
