بتنزيل تطبيق “قطرات قرآنية” أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

2. الترخيص

يمنحك تطبيق “قطرات قرآنية” ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للنقل وقابل للإلغاء لاستخدام التطبيق للأغراض الشخصية فقط.

3. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع الحقوق والملكية والمصلحة في التطبيق، بما في ذلك جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية، مملوكة لشركة مصادر ميديا ذ.م.م. التطبيق محمي بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر والمعاهدات الدولية.

4. المحتوى القرآني

يعرض هذا التطبيق آيات من القرآن الكريم. النص القرآني مقدس ويجب معاملته باحترام. المستخدم مسؤول عن استخدام الجهاز في بيئة مناسبة.

5. القيود على الاستخدام

يُحظر عليك:

• نسخ أو توزيع أو تعديل التطبيق
• إجراء هندسة عكسية أو فك تجميع للتطبيق
• إزالة أي إشعارات بحقوق النشر أو الملكية
• استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض تجاري دون إذن
• استخدام التطبيق بأي طريقة تنتهك القوانين المحلية أو الدولية

6. التحديثات والتغييرات

نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل أو إيقاف التطبيق في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

7. إخلاء المسؤولية

يتم توفير التطبيق “كما هو” دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. لا نضمن أن التطبيق سيكون خالياً من الأخطاء أو متاحاً دون انقطاع.

9. إنهاء الخدمة

يجوز لنا إنهاء أو تعليق وصولك إلى التطبيق فوراً، دون إشعار مسبق أو مسؤولية، لأي سبب كان، بما في ذلك دون حد إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط.

10. القانون الساري

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين مملكة البحرين، دون اعتبار لتضارب أحكام القانون.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
