يرجى قراءة اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي هذه (“الاتفاقية”) بعناية قبل استخدام تطبيق قطرات قرآنية (“التطبيق”). باستخدام التطبيق، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط هذه الاتفاقية.

1. منح الترخيص

تمنحك مصادر ميديا ذ.م.م (“المرخِّص”) ترخيصاً قابلاً للإلغاء وغير حصري وغير قابل للنقل ومحدود:

لتنزيل التطبيق وتثبيته واستخدامه
للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري فقط
على جهاز واحد في كل مرة

2. القيود على الترخيص

يُحظر عليك صراحة:

نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع التطبيق
إنشاء أعمال مشتقة من التطبيق
إجراء هندسة عكسية أو فك تجميع أو فك تشفير التطبيق
استخراج التعليمات البرمجية المصدرية من التطبيق
تأجير أو تأجير أو إقراض أو بيع التطبيق
إزالة أو تعديل أي إشعارات ملكية أو تسميات من التطبيق
استخدام التطبيق بأي طريقة تنتهك القوانين المعمول بها

3. الملكية الفكرية

يظل التطبيق ملكية خاصة للمرخِّص. هذه الاتفاقية لا تمنحك أي حقوق ملكية في التطبيق، بل فقط حق استخدام محدود قابل للإلغاء كما هو منصوص عليه في هذه الاتفاقية.

4. المحتوى القرآني

النص القرآني المعروض في التطبيق مستمد من مصادر موثوقة
يجب على المستخدم معاملة المحتوى القرآني بالاحترام والتبجيل المناسبين
المستخدم مسؤول عن ضمان بيئة نظيفة ومناسبة عند استخدام التطبيق

5. التحديثات والترقيات

قد يوفر المرخِّص تحديثات أو ترقيات للتطبيق من وقت لآخر. هذه التحديثات تخضع لشروط هذه الاتفاقية ما لم تكن مصحوبة باتفاقية ترخيص منفصلة.

6. فترة الترخيص والإنهاء

تبقى هذه الاتفاقية سارية المفعول حتى يتم إنهاؤها من قِبلك أو من قِبل المرخِّص. يجوز للمرخِّص إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية فوراً إذا فشلت في الامتثال لأي شرط من شروطها. عند إنهاء الاتفاقية، يجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف جميع نسخ التطبيق من جهازك.

7. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمانات

يتم توفير التطبيق “كما هو” و”حسب التوافر” دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية. لا يضمن المرخِّص أن:

التطبيق سيلبي متطلباتك
التطبيق سيكون متاحاً دون انقطاع أو آمناً أو خالياً من الأخطاء
النتائج التي قد يتم الحصول عليها من استخدام التطبيق ستكون دقيقة أو موثوقة

8. تحديد المسؤولية

لن يكون المرخِّص مسؤولاً عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات، الناتجة عن استخدام أو عدم القدرة على استخدام التطبيق.

9. التعويض

أنت توافق على تعويض المرخِّص والدفاع عنه وإبراء ذمته من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو التزامات أو خسائر أو نفقات، بما في ذلك الرسوم القانونية المعقولة، الناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو انتهاكك لهذه الاتفاقية.

10. القانون الساري

تخضع هذه الاتفاقية وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين مملكة البحرين.

11. الاتفاقية الكاملة

تشكل هذه الاتفاقية الاتفاقية الكاملة بينك وبين المرخِّص فيما يتعلق باستخدام التطبيق وتحل محل جميع الاتفاقيات السابقة والمعاصرة، سواء كانت مكتوبة أو شفهية.

Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using the Quranic Reminders application (“Application”). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Masadir Media Co WLL (“Licensor”) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license:

To download, install, and use the Application
For personal, non-commercial use only
On a single device at a time

2. License Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from:

Copying, modifying, or distributing the Application
Creating derivative works from the Application
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Application
Extracting the source code from the Application
Renting, leasing, lending, or selling the Application
Removing or modifying any proprietary notices or labels from the Application
Using the Application in any way that violates applicable laws

3. Intellectual Property

The Application remains the proprietary property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Application, but only a limited right to use as set forth in this Agreement.

4. Quranic Content

The Quranic text displayed in the Application is derived from authentic sources
The user must treat the Quranic content with appropriate respect and reverence
The user is responsible for ensuring a clean and appropriate environment when using the Application

5. Updates and Upgrades

The Licensor may provide updates or upgrades to the Application from time to time. These updates are subject to the terms of this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.

6. License Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or the Licensor. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your device.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Licensor does not warrant that:

The Application will meet your requirements
The Application will be available uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the Application will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

The Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use the Application.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the Application or violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the use of the Application and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
